The WOOOM chair is as easy to clean as it is comfortable. Follow these care recommendations for best results:
- Vacuum regularly on the appropriate setting for textiles/curtains.
- Soiling must always be treated immediately.
- Mop up liquids straight away by blotting with an absorbent cloth.
- Dried-on dirt must be brushed out with a very soft brush to avoid damaging the finish.
- Commercially available dry foam cleaner is suitable for spot cleaning.
- Small marks can also be cleaned with a magic eraser.

I can’t connect to the Wooom...
- Wait approx. 3 seconds after inserting the battery or plugging in the power supply before sitting on Wooom (this allows the system to start up)
- Ensure that your device supports NFC
- Activate Bluetooth and NFC on your phone
- Android devices scan constantly for an NFC connection; so pass your Android phone over the armrest first, and only tap the “Connect now” button once you have received the “NFC tag connected” message.
- The iPhone only scans for NFC connections if prompted by the user; first tap the “Connect now” button and then pass the phone over the armrest.

I can’t connect to the Wooom (after creating a successful NFC connection) ...
- Check the power supply to your Wooom
- Check if the battery is charged
- The battery must be fully inserted
- Alternatively, the power supply must be connected
- If the circuit is broken during use (power supply disconnected, battery removed), please stand up for 1-2 seconds, and then confirm the message in the app so that the chair reconnects. This is a safety measure (prevents the chair from restarting).
- Close the application and restart it on your device
Is there an occupancy sensor?
- Wooom has an occupancy sensor built into the seat. It is only possible to connect Woom with the smartphone if someone is sitting in the chair.

- Charging via USB works regardless of whether the chair is occupied or a phone connected.
I can’t start any of the functions?
Always activate the main switch for each function first. It is located at the top right edge of the screen.
